WEST Sussex-based Matt Sampson is making his mark in show jumping, having returned recently from Prague where he helped the British team clinch the gold medal at the Junior European Show Jumping Championships.
The 18-year-old, who is now based with Duncan Inglis, has started out well this year following his successful pony years, which included a Pony European Team Gold Medal in 2006, Nations Cup appearances and championship wins at Horse of the Year Show and Easibed BSJA/Scope Festival to name a few.

He jumped clear in both rounds in Prague and only just missed out on an individual medal.
