Pulborough woman mauled by pet dog

AN elderly Pulborough woman was badly mauled by a pet alsatian shortly after 2.20pm Friday afternoon and is being treated in Worthing Hospital for serious leg injuries following the attack.

The woman, in her 70's, has not been named but a child, thought to be her grandson raised the alarm when he ran out of the house at Nutbourne Common, just outside Pulborough.
